The Practical Toolkit for Inclusive SMEs (WP4) is a practical and accessible guide designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises in creating more inclusive workplaces for persons with disabilities.

The Toolkit provides step-by-step guidance on understanding disability and legal responsibilities, assessing workplace needs, implementing reasonable accommodations, and building a sustainable inclusion strategy. It includes practical checklists, templates, real company examples, national resources and policy overviews from all partner countries.

The aim is to help employers move from uncertainty to action — offering clear tools to identify barriers, implement adjustments and embed inclusion into daily organisational practice.
