Organising national and European Skills+ competitions where participants can showcase their talents, gain recognition, and increase their visibility towards employers.
Empowering Job Coaches & Buddies
Providing social workers, mentors, and buddies with a Digital Manual and practical tools to guide participants throughout preparation, participation, and follow-up stages.
Employer Engagement
Working with companies and organisations to promote inclusive workplaces and implement practical accommodation strategies that support diverse talents.
Visibility & Awareness
Raising awareness about abilities, inclusion, and employability through European dissemination activities, branding actions, and stakeholder engagement.
