The Digital Guide for sheltered Workshops, organizations and job coaches is a simple and practical manual to support buddies, job coaches and sheltered workshop staff who work with (future) participants in Skills+ competitions. The manual explains how to prepare participants for the competitions step by step, how to support them during training and events, and how to adapt tasks to different needs and abilities. It also includes tips on communication, teamwork and motivation, helping everyone involved to feel confident and well prepared.
