Skills+ is an Erasmus+ project that has the goal to increase the employability of people with a disability in the labour market.
One of the project’s output is a Handbook that explain and teach DME to mentors/Hr workers, so that they can better cope with the target group of individuals and better guide them to the labour market.
The methodology suggested comes form the Empower 4-phase model from Belgium, a model person-centered instead of problem-centered.
Last chapter of the handbook contain an inventory of concrete practical tools, instruments and test developed by every partner country in their own language:

  • personal developement plan
  • retention policy
  • employer branding
  • mentorship
